OUR OLIVE OIL
El Tilo’s olive oil in made exclusively from the cornicabra olives variety. This type of olive produces an aromatic and fruity olive oil with bitter and spicy mean values.
The olive harvest is performed around mid-November when the olive has its optimum state of maturity.
The extra virgin quality of our olive oils make them ideal for salads, natural tomato, garlic, chilly pepper and for the daily use in your kitchen as well.
UNIQUE LOCATION
El tilo’s farm is located inside the Villuercas-Ibores-Jara geopark, inside the region of Caceres (Spain). It is a 35 hectares orchard with a total of 9000 olive trees, exclusively from the cornicabra olive variety. This olive oil type is ideal for the mountain climate and the orography of the terrain.
In addition, there are 30 hectares of Mediterranean forest with Iberian protected species such as juniper that shares the environment with a large diversity of flora and fauna.
PACKAGING
The standard packaging format is a 500 ml crystal bottle, a 5 liters or 3 liters metallic can and a 5 liters plastic decanter. In case you have other requirements, we will provide you a catalog where you would choose the best one for your needs.
