El Tilo oils come from cornicabra variety olives. This olive produces a fruity, aromatic oil with medium values of bitter and spicy. The olive is harvested between the middle and the end of November, when it is at the optimum point of ripening.
The extra virgin quality of our oils make them ideal for taking it raw, for dressing for salads, marinated with aromatic herbs, garlic, chillies, as well as for daily use in the kitchen.
Our oil has been recognized with the Gourmet Product medal of the AVPA (Agency for the Valuation of Agricultural Products) in the framework of the 18th edition of the “Oils of the world” competition. An event brings together producers from countries such as Spain, Italy and France to find the best on the market.
